Next spring WLAM will launch an online journal featuring articles of interest to women lawyers, judges, and law students. “My hope is that we will provide yet another means to share information and exchange ideas that bring our community closer, while also attracting new supporters,” said WLAM President Erin Klug. President Klug added that she “can’t wait to watch the Journal grow and thrive.”
Kirsten Silwanowicz, one of the Journal’s inaugural editors, emphasized that the Journal will further WLAM’s mission. This mission includes securing the full and equal participation of women in the legal profession in furtherance of a just society. Jewel Haji and Nicole M. Smithson will serve with Ms. Silwanowicz as inaugural editors.
