The Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of the 2024 awards to outstanding law students, funded by generous contributions from individuals, law firms, and corporations.This year, $45,500 will be awarded statewide to 13 outstanding law students attending Michigan’s five accredited law schools (University of Michigan Law School, Western Michigan Cooley Law School, Michigan State University College of Law, Wayne State University Law School, and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law).
As stated in the attached, our current intent is to recognize the awardees at an event tentatively scheduled for May 31st in Oakland County in conjunction with the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan’s Annual Meeting. We hope that you and the awardees will be able to join us this year.
