The Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Foundation is happy to announce that we will be awarding scholarships once again to law students in the Spring of 2023. We have at least 13 scholarships to award this year of $3,500 each.
This year we have a new scholarship graciously offered by Collins Einhorn Farrell that seeks to award a law student with a particular interest in supporting professionalism and civility in the profession.
As stated in the attached, our current intent is to recognize the awardees at an event tentatively scheduled for June 3rd in the Lansing area in conjunction with the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan’s Annual Meeting. We hope that you and the awardees will be able to join us this year.
Please give the announcement the broadest possible circulation to your students, and thanks so much for your participation. If for any reason, there is someone else in your organization that should be in receipt of this announcement please do not hesitate to let me know.
