We had our annual meeting for our region on May 17. Our board was sworn in by Western Region member Justice Elizabeth Welch. We welcomed new board members Kris Vanden Berg, Narisa Bandali, Meaghan Clayton, Melissa Heinz, and Laura Heldrop. Our outstanding member award was given to Elaine Sterrett Isely for her contributions to WLAM and our community.
Our annual softball game is back! After not having a game in 2020 due to COVID, we are having a small gathering this year, as we did in 2021. We are hosting our annual women lawyers vs judges softball game at a community park.
What: Women Lawyers vs Judges Charity Softball Game
When: Saturday, September 10th at 4:00 p.m.
Where: Aberdeen Park
Why: To support the YWCA West Central Michigan! ?
